Shipping Details

All items shipped via U.S. Mail Priority. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. When your item ships, you'll get an email from Martha with a tracking number. For weddings, special events, or expedited delivery, call Martha at 415-397-5451 to make special arrangements.

$10.00 for 1-3 items in the same box.
$10.00 per jacket or other bulky garment
$12.00 for 4-6 items in the same box.
$10.00 additional charge for international shipping.

Sales Tax

If shipping to an address in California, the sales tax is 8.5%
If shipping outside of California, there is no sales tax.

Returns and Exchanges

Items that are unworn can be returned/exchanged within 15 days of receipt of your order. Follow these steps to make a return/exchange:

1. Email us immediately (info@marthaegan.com) if you are not happy with your purchase. Explain why you want a return/exchange (Too big/small, don't like the color, fabric, style, etc.) and give us all the details of your exchange request.

2. We'll reply to you with a return/exchange authorization email. Print it out and include it in the box with your returned items, along with a copy of your invoice.

3. Package everything in a pre-paid box using an insured shipping carrier (like UPS Ground). You are responsible for return shipping fees and lost or misdelivered items that are not insured. Send to: Martha Egan Returns Department, 1 Columbus Avenue, San Francisco CA 94111 (415-397-5451).

Sorry, because we are a small outfit we cannot refund the original shipping charge nor accept worn items and unauthorized returns.
